(Manchester, NH) --  Today, Monday, September 8, House Agricultural and Environmental Committee Chairman Jay Phinizy, Republicans for Shaheen co-chair and former State Senator Rick Russman and Jack Bingham, owner of Seacoast Alternative Energies in Dover, will host a conference call to refute John Sununu's recent claims that he supports ending tax subsidies to Big Oil and increased regulation in the energy market to curb speculation.
